Blood Whip: Blood shoots from Rasen's lower wrist that solidifies into a solid whip capable of extending and retracting to any length he desires it to be. Because it's made of blood it can be chopped up and he can simply regrow it. when he's done with it the blood disperses into the ground and acts as seeds for blood red roses.
Seduction: Either by an extended gaze into their eyes or by sticking his fangs into them and injecting his own blood into someone and stimulate them in many ways giving him some control over them. It stimulates thier emotions, their biological desires, and need to consumate, and even stimulates their bodies to enhance their abilities. No matter who he bites their abilities greatly improve while they are put under a 'spell' and think they are in love with him temporairily to the point where they think they could not live without him and his smile is their world. Although Rasen usually bites girls it can also work on males or other vampires.
Mind Reading: Since Rasen is a Pureblood he has their ability to read inds however if he licks their blood he can read much more than surface thoughts. He can see their emotions, inner feelings, even their history.
